The Invitation

An invitation to let go

What are you still carrying that you’re ready to put down?

Sometimes we hold onto old stories, expectations and patterns long after they’ve stopped serving us.

The Art of Letting Go is an invitation to pause, turn inward and explore what you’re ready to release.

Inspired by November’s Full Moon, this intimate two-hour gathering brings together mindful ritual, guided reflection and an immersive sound journey.

It’s an opportunity to step away from everyday demands, reconnect with yourself and make space for what comes next.

There’s nothing you need to achieve or become. Simply arrive as you are.

The Evening

Your experience includes

First · Settle

Blue Lotus Tea Ritual

Begin with a mindful tea ceremony designed to help you settle into the present moment.

Blue lotus is a water lily with a long history of ceremonial use. Participation in the tea ritual is optional, and an alternative beverage will be available.

Second · Reflect

Guided Reflection & Intention Setting

Through thoughtfully chosen journaling prompts, explore the beliefs, patterns or expectations you may be ready to release.

Set intentions for what you’d like to welcome into the next chapter of your life.

Third · Receive

60-Minute Immersive Sound Journey

Settle into a comfortable resting position as the sounds of singing bowls and other instruments create an immersive environment for relaxation.

Allow yourself an hour to simply rest, listen and receive, without anything needing to be done.

Finally · Integrate

Integration & Closing Circle

Gently return to the present moment with space to reflect on your experience.

Guests will be invited to share their reflections, although sharing is always optional.

Good to Know

Frequently asked questions

Do I need experience with meditation or sound baths?

Not at all. Whether you’re completely new or have attended sound journeys before, you’re welcome.

What is blue lotus tea?

Blue lotus (Nymphaea caerulea) is a water lily traditionally associated with ceremonial practices, particularly in ancient Egypt.

Some people report feeling calm or mildly dreamy after consuming it. However, research on its effects and safety in humans is limited. Blue lotus may cause sedation or impairment and may interact with medications.

Guests will receive additional safety information during registration. Anyone choosing to consume blue lotus should arrange alternative transportation rather than drive afterward.

Do I have to drink blue lotus tea?

No. Participation is entirely optional, and an alternative beverage will be available.

Can I attend alone?

Absolutely. You’re welcome to join us independently or bring someone special.

How does the Bring a Friend offer work?

Book two spots together through Vagaro and enter promo code BRINGAFRIEND at checkout to save $10.

Do I have to share during the closing circle?

Not at all. You’re welcome to listen and reflect privately.

What happens if I can no longer attend?

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, tickets may be transferred to another person with advance notice to Bohem Dreme.

Please contact us before the event with the replacement guest’s name and contact information so their registration and consent form can be completed.

If Bohem Dreme cancels the event, ticket holders will receive a full refund.

Your Invitation

You don’t have to carry everything into the next chapter
